As Joker VIP Paris, all reservation cancellations are refunded. However, in order to avoid any disruption to your planning, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following rules:

Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to service time.

Refunds will also be made for cancellations made within the last 24 hours, but in this case, the reason for cancellation is expected to be shared in writing.

All cancellations must be notified via email or WhatsApp.

In case of late notifications, it is important to inform us in a timely manner so that the service can be arranged.

The company reserves the right to cancel, change or charge additional fees for vehicle due to driving safety and special conditions. In such cases, customers must be informed in advance.
